J&A Legal Finance is comprised of a group of experienced and dedicated Account Executives, Credit Analysts and Documentation Specialists that are focused to provide your firm with customized lease options.
Michael Behar, Senior Vice President
Michael has successfully managed company's sales team since 2006. He has exceeded or met all sales goals during this time period while also growing the company to the 8th ranked independent leasing company in the nation. In addition, he serves as the liaison between the sales and credit departments and heads all training and marketing programs. Prior to Jules and Associates, Inc., Michael has had great success as a Business / Sales Manager at Astra Zeneca and extensive experience in structuring residential and commercial mortgage loans from his employment at Fleet Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. He has been a long life resident of Los Angeles with his wife and two kids.

Michael received his Bachelor's Degree at San Diego State University in 1988.

Paul Richards, Assistant Vice President
Paul joined J&A in 1994 and has been a key member of the company's growth over the past 17 years. Paul started as an Account Executive and has since been promoted to Senior Account Executive, Regional Manager, and Assistant Vice President. He is a point person in regards to corporate training, marketing, technology and trade show business development. Prior to joining J&A, Paul worked in equipment leasing with a Southern California bank. He is a life-long Southern California resident and live now with his wife Anna in Long Beach. He is an avid fisherman and snow sports enthusiast.

Paul is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration.


Javier Silva, Senior Account Executive
Javier has been a Senior Account Executive and senior member of the Corporate Marketing Team at the firm since 2004. He began focusing on the Legal Industry in 2007 and has been funding transactions for small to mid-sized firms ever since. His specialty is structuring Off-Balance Sheet Financing and Operating Lease agreements, in which the Lessee may return and upgrade to newer equipment at the End of Term. He is originally from the East Bay in Northern California and has now resided in West Los Angeles for the past 10 years.

Javier earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish Linguistics at University of California, Los Angeles in 2004.

Leticia Moreno, Operations Manager
Leticia manages both the documentation and funding department for the company. She is a crucial member of the management team that supports national accounts and vendor programs. She has a husband with two teenagers and enjoys volunteering for a non-profit cultural and educational center in the Los Angeles area.

Leticia received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance at California State University Fullerton.

Rosie Choplick, Senior Documentation
Rosie has 13 years of documentation preparation and funding experience at Jules and Associates, Inc. Handles high volume of transactions and has extensive communication with both clients and vendors. Provides support to senior sales team in addition to client services. Responsible for managing the company's legal program as well as other national vendor programs. Develops work flow procedures for the documentation team to achieve high efficiencies in documentation preparation, timely funding and the outmost level of customer service. Evaluates customer and vendor requests and provides concise answers and solutions. Extensive experience handling complex transactions involving multiple locations, multiple vendors, multiple lessees and multiple delivery dates on equipment. Professional and effectively communicates with both clients and vendors to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.

Keith Rawlinson; Vice President/Credit and Syndication
Keith has overseen and managed the credit and syndication department at Jules and Associates for over six years, overseeing all due diligence, structuring and execution as well as managing all syndication partner relationships. Keith has lead the execution of numerous complex, leveraged financial transactions for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies since joining Jules and Associates in 2001. Keith began his career as a financial/credit risk analyst, then moved up to a management position for a publicly traded bank. After 5 years of service, he assumed a managerial position with a privately-held manufacturing company. He is an avid cyclist and resides in Pasadena, CA with his wife and their two sons.

Keith received his MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management with a concentration in Finance and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
